how do you line up top yoke after head stock bearing change

does anyone know how to make sure the top yoke and bars are on straight after a new set of headstock bearings have been fitted they were done before i brought the bike and feel slightly out of line if its a simple fix it would save going 70miles to get the delership where i brought it to do it . its a 2000 x11

I used to get the wheel into a corner and wiggle the bars from side to side after slackening the pinch bolts a bit.

However, I suspect the dealers spanner monkey has overtightened the new bearings.

If the dealer did the bearing replacement, I'd take it back there. Like Eddy says, sounds like bearings could be overtightened.
