Blackbird end cans and link pipes

Hi Guys,

Will Blackbird end cans and link pipes like carbon cans fit the X11, Or are they a completely different setup??

Only asking as Blackbird can are more available.

Blackbird pipes should be interchangeable, i have an Akropovic fitted to mine that was previously fitted to a Blackbird, it works just fine, with a minor adjustment to the radiator steady bracket. The engine block and gearbox are the same shape so it is only the rear hanger that is an issue, but because most aftermarket sets use a sliding hanger for the end can it is only a minor issue. The only other issue is to ensure there is enough clearance on the swing arm to prevent can scratching it.

You can fit early carbed bbird cans straight on without any fuss if you want to keep the bike looking standard.

I got a mint pair for my x11 for £80 and had them on it for a few months. No cat's in the early bbird cans and sound really nice over 7k.
