What fuel pump?

Hi all,

My fuel pump has just gone awol on my X11, when I was ringing around the breakers looking for one, I was told that only the fuel pump from the same year will work is this true?

My X11 is a 1999 'V' reg (the HM Plant one). So can anybody help please, will any other year work on my bike.

There is one on an internet site for ?50 on a 2000/3.

They are all the same.... whoever told you they are different is an idiot! Ignore and just get any that you see...

Well, I'm the idiot!!!

So hold on and make sure that you get one for your model... they list different part no's for the SF-Y Model 16700-MCC-003 and for the SF-1 16700-MCC-G00

So they must have altered them slightly for the later ones... sorry to give you duff info.
