Handling

Does anyone else have a front end bouce around like a pogo stick when you hit a bit of bumpy ground on the brakes ?

If so do you know a cheap fix, have thought about preloading or changing the oil, but haven't checked the setup yet.

Cheers

Suppose the cheapest way is to change the oil for thicker stuff....

Or go the whole hog and fit a cbr1000rr front end, ala supotads and x11r! :D

There are a few different reasons for this depending on the age / condition and milage, worn springs, bushings, old oil, worn tyre or pressures out. also having the rear shock too hard can upset the balance and if the rear tyre is squaring off can make the front feel funny too. If your tyres are good it could even be the make of tyre as some just don`t suit all bikes. I had a very bad time with Bridgestones where others rate them highly.
