Tyre pressures

Seem to remember reading on one of Eddys replies about tyre pressures that "the rear is 42 & the front 36, but most of us add a bit more to the front" or something like that. My question is: how much do you put in the front and what's the reasoning behind it?

I allways have mine at 36 front and 42 rear. I find that if the front is a bit low, the bike feels vague going into corners.

I agree I always run the front at 36 psi ,my x11 seems very sensitive to front tyre pressure. Mind you I am a fat bastard and Iv'e raised the rear ride hight which puts more weight on the front anyway.

Cheers guys, will run with Honda recommended pressures.

Yep I run mine with standard pressures too, never had any problems with handling or very serious hard braking
