Anybody know what the difference is between the 99-03 and 04-06 Blackbird systems?

As for an akra system for an x11,i think there all the same (fitment wise) only choice being what sort of end can you want ie,carbon,titanium,ect

That is correct, my system is of a fatbird and other than the rad bracket it fits like a glove. Think the differences with the birdie systems are down to early models being carbed and later FI but there might be cat differences on later models to improve emmissions. If you buy a Californian one it probably doesnt breath at all due to all the filters and double cats to keep the air so clean for the beautiful people.
