Why can't I download or view attachments?

I am having the same problems as Benny, my profile has stopped allowing the opening of pictures for viewing and attachments, a message comes up saying "error it seems you cannot view" or something along those lines, any ideas?

Aye, it's a shame really but I've had to limit what "x11oc guest" members can or cannot do due to spiralling hosting costs and abuse... you are able to view pictures that are linked to from image shack etc..

The sticky post at the top of this section shows you how to download the files...
