Fork re-build

Guys,

anybody done a fork re-build, whats the best thing to do use progressive springs? swap the forks? use a fork brace to stiffen them up? any help would be appreciated, my bike has got a bit wallowy whilst Ican stiffen the rear showa up I am getting some flex from the forks and the do dive a fair bit.

Try some new oil... 15w

Progressive springs get good reviews too.... as do Ohlins.

I've put 15w oil in mine that has stiffened it up a bit.
