Fuel smell

Hi ,

I'd like to know if Someone has had fuel(gas) smell problem and if he could me explain what it was the problem?

I have this problem with my X11 and I Chek all mains things (hose fuel valve, fuel loss.....)but everything it seem ok.Problem appears only bike is turned on, but it goes very well and function regolar.

I 'm on holiday and on the road I Asked to a Honda mechanic a rapid control and he told me that apparently everything is ok but fuel smeel exist.I Have to drive for many km again and to optimize future problem research I Ask about it.

Hi,

could be the fuel return causing pressure in the tank, this would allow fumes to vent from the filler cap or tank vent holes.

Maybe try an new in tank fuel filter.

Hi to everyone,

problem resolved! The "hose vent fuel " (I hope correct traduction) under the tank appeared good but insted it was cutted for a long part.My tuscany holiday goes straight for some days again.
