Somebody have any idea how to get a one-person seat for the X11? I'd like to change my seat for a lower one and have one box instead of the pillion place of my seat.

that is a bit specialist, there are a few people out there that can take your own seat and alter the profile by removing foam and recovering it in a different pattern, also inserting gel pads to improve comfort, this usually involves sending your seat away for modifications unless you buy a seconhand seat and keep your own as an original . I don't think anybody made a seat cowl for the X11 as it was not a "sports bike". It must be possible to make one but it would have to be a one off. There are a couple of bikes in the gallery (mine included) with custom seats if you want to see what sort of thing is possible.

there a number of people in the U.K that can do the work but if you prefare to work with someone you know it makes sense.

I'm in Ireland, so it's easier for me to send back home than to find somebody in UK, but if you have some good contacts I can try them as well.

There must be a saddlers (horsey type) near you in Ireland? Just a thought...
