handlebar mounting bolt torque etc

Ive got the manual downloaded but it does not appear to give the torque settings for the handlebar mounting bar and the handlebar bracket bolt (only gives the handlebar stopper bolt).

Can anyone help

It's not too high... about 19ft/lb if I remember rightly.
