Want to know that as well, want to change those "back lights" to something more bright, red Leds maybe.

Pull the clock pod off and split its casing, the bulbs are accessible on the back side of the instrument cluster... I suppose you could fit coloured bulbs?

(indicator light shown... the illumination ones come out the same way).

Easy to do Kev....

Take the clocks apart, it's usually easier if you take them off, but you will have to remove the headlight bowl and unclip the wiring behind that feed the clocks.

Take the clocks apart, there's about 6 posi head screws

Access to the bulbs is easy then, there just pushed in the white curcuit board.

Had mine apart a few times. ;)

replaced some of mine last time i took it apart with LED indicators, lower wattage and last a lot longer too, can actually see the indicator mimics flashing now.coloured ones dont tend to work as well as clear ones, i tried both.Clocks are now backlit in red.

Do you have to put new sealing in it?

To make it water resistant
