Paint for the other bits

Read the thread on paints, and found a new source for for my black X11.  I'm assuming NH1 is for the tank and fairing panels.

 

What about wheels, maybe this is the black as for NH1?

Additionally I've got some NH303M for the frame, but it says it's water soluble after drying   Need to apply a lacquer, does it matter what I use?  The matt axis grey of the frame doesn't look like is has a lacquer (note that I'm only doing touch up).
