tapping sound!!!?

Ive just had the throttle bodies balanced and now discovered after that i now have a tapping/clicking noise? first thought to be cam chain tensioner but replaced and still there.only when hot and it is not a regular tap.....any ideas?

The butterflies now maybe tapping a bit if they are synced differently than before...tickover?
