Fuel filter help!

Hey guys,

 

Had a search on the site and couldnt find the answer so would appreciate it v much if someone could tell me how I go about changing the fuel filter?

 

Apologies if this is already on here somewhere......

It's inside the tank attached to the fuel pump, so you have to remove the whole assembly.
