FI Light

[Guest Strongbow]

Hi

 

The FI light has just starting coming on when I'm riding my X11. I get quite a loss of power when it comes on.

 

When I put the side stand down the light flashes 8 times. Can any body tell me what this means??

Try checking your throttle postion sensor & plug and also trace your wiring back to the ECU and check nothing is broke.Bry

Yep, 8 flashes indicates a fault with the TP sensor and/or the associated wiring. Good luck.
