Second hand OEM bird parts?

Any ideas? I've got way to much preload front and rear .. its going to screw my back up ...

Take some oil out of your fork legs, use a syringe, this will increase the air gap, try 50ml each side, more if needed. this will soften the front end & you probably wont need to do anything with the rear, principle of levers & moments & all that stuff.

Dont think so, but if everthing is in good order it would seem the front end is quite firm.

Mine was quite soft because it had a lower oil level than standard, when I changed the oil & filled to the correct level the front end was noticably firmer, which had an affect on the rear.
