Fuel pump not priming

Hi

I'm converting my X into a single seater.

Went to test if she would start this morning ...no joy.  

Seems the fuel pump is not priming....... no sound when you turn the key in the ignition.  She is turning over but not firing. 

I examined the wiring, specifically the starter relay and found this on the female plug that goes into it. (Pic)

All fuses seem ok so is this the problem? 

Anybody able to tell me what the replacement part no. is?
