I have often looked at other bikes luggage setup thinking that could work on the x11 with a little adjustment. Might be a project I get around to this year.

Hello, Honda Blackbird fits beautifully with a bit of modification to the grab rail brackets, the lower arms fit straight on.

Stinky

I have a blackbird wingrack with brackets I made to fit the grabrail mount , and also a mono rack with with brackets to take the wingrack side plates so I have two options.

I was lucky enough to pick up one of the few Givi plb253 tubular pannier racks years ago and it's been on the bike ever since. It only came off for welding when I overloaded the top box with camping gear and went over really nasty hump on Arran which snapped the end of the subframe. I also managed to come across the indicator re-locator brackets and the essential subframe brace which strengthens things under the seat. I've never needed that spare subframe I picked up as a just in case.

If you Google "plb253" there's still a few hits out there.
